Evonik Corporation Merges with Evonik Goldschmidt

Evonik Corporation has completed its merger with Evonik Goldschmidt Corporation, a provider of specialty surfactants. One of Evonik Goldschmidt's business units, Consumer Specialties, offers ingredients used to make consumer products such as fabric softener, car care products, shampoo and conditioner, and toothpaste. Other ingredients go into industrial chemical products for the agricultural, metalworking, labeling, and oil and gas industries.
