Evonik Goldschmidt to Merge Into Evonik Corporation

Evonik Goldschmidt Corporation, a leading provider of specialty surfactants to a variety of industries but with a major focus on the consumer goods market, has merged into parent company, Evonik Corporation effective January 1, 2014. Following the merger, Evonik Goldschmidt Corporation will be fully incorporated into Evonik Corporation and no longer a separate legal entity.
