摘要

Dual-wavelength stimulated emission from a double-layer Cd_xHg_(1-x)Te heterostructure optically pumped by a pulsed Nd:YAG laser at temperatures T = 77-150 K is reported. The emission spectral lines have been observed at wavelengths λ_1 ~ 2 μm and λ_2 ~ 3 μm. Emission spectra recorded at different temperatures are presented.
