TAKING STOCK After a year of envisioning change, a call to action

Throughout 2013, JEMS has partnered with the 2020 Vision project to tap into EMS leaders' ideas about the future of EMS. This project focused not on lofty, science-fiction imaginings, but on concrete objectives-changes that are on the horizon, and can be achieved by the year 2020. At first, our objective was to bring the best minds in EMS together and put ideas on the table. We held impromptu conversations and formal panel discussions across the country and internationally, with visits to Germany, England and British Columbia to view how other countries deliver EMS.
