摘要

An effective approach for the synthesis of new substituted mono and diaminoquinolines is described.Two known quinolines 7,8-dichloro-6-nitroquinoline (1) and 7,8-dichloro-6-nitrohydroquinolin-4-one (9) were used as key intermediates.Quinoline ring is well present in natural and synthetic compounds endowed with biological activities.
