In recent years, scientific community has witnessed a nanotechnological boom caused by extraordinary properties exhibited by materials in their transition to the nanocrystalline state [1].Three types of nanocrys-talline materials are produced [2]: (1) ultradisperse nanosized powders, (2) compact nanocrystalline materials, and (3) monocrystalline nanolayers (super-lattices). It is known that, whatever the nature of the material, nanoparticles are prone to formation of aggregates since nanosystems tend to the free surface energy minimum [3-5]. Therefore, when nanopowders per se are used, for example, in catalysis or sorption, the problem of stabilization of the nanosized state, is rather acute.
