摘要

In recent years, "soft chemistry" methods have been increasingly used for producing highly dispersed and nanocrystalline oxide materials. These methods are based on synthesis from aqueous salt solutions with the use of treatment at relatively low temperatures (up to 200-300°C). The high homogeneity of precursors obtained in the course of synthesis from aqueous solutions determines low temperatures of subsequent heat treatment, which makes it possible to obtain an oxide material in the nanocrystalline state. It is worth noting that the soft chemistry methods provide wide possibilities for varying synthesis conditions (duration, temperature, solution composition and acidity, etc.), which determine the composition and micromorphol-ogy of the products.
