摘要

Surface plasmon resonance [1 - 13] is increasingly used in the very diverse fields. Specifically, there has recently been a rapid progress in the field focused on the development of new approaches to manufacturing nanostructured films and substrates for analysis of biological molecules and living cell cultures by surface -enchanced Raman scattering [2]. In many cases, composite particles based on silica or polystyrene microspheres and precious metal nanoparticles are used for creating such substrates.
