摘要

A report on the work of the Personnel Commission at the Veterinary Faculty of Leipzig University, Germany in the year 1991-1992 is presented. Highlight of the report focused on the dedication of the staff and their achievements specially during the period of vacant posts wherein political issues regarding the teaching staff was being questioned by students who are not satisfied with their teachers and thus screening for the appropriate personnel was then the main issue.
