An efficient method for the alpha-phenylhydrazation of heterocyclic systems under mild and heterogeneous conditions

摘要

A combination of silica modified sulfuric acid and aryldiazonium salt was used as an agent for the alpha-phenylhydrazation of 2-ketomethyl-quinoline under mild and heterogeneous conditions to provide moderate to excellent yield.
