The risk of explosions in a system for draining chemical barrels has been minimised by the develoment fo an air-motor drive system with integrated braking. Beer-Fordertechnik, based in Bad Kdnig in Germany, produces custom-made machinery for bulk soods applications. Since 1976, the company has been designing and building batching, conveying and transportation machinery for customers in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mining, waste disposal and energy.
