摘要

The variety of the experimental base for the water phase diagram reflected, for example, in [1-4] results in a certain difficulty in constructing the model for description of the water phase transition from the liquid to the solid state. Of special interest are [5-7] in which experimental data on the phase transformation of water into ice are obtained under dynamic compression in the nanosecond range of loading duration. The observation showed that the transition occurs after a certain time distinct from the characteristic transformation time has elapsed instead of at once after achieving the pressure presumably necessary for the transformation.
