DRIVING ON ASPHALT: Comer Industries new line of drives chosen by VT LeeBoy for its asphalt pavers

Comer Industries travel drives have been VT LeeBoy's choice for propulsion of its asphalt pavers since 2013. At that time, the Italian manufacturer supplied its first PGRF-802 travel drives to LeeBoy - based in Lincolnton, N.C. - for the 8500 series asphalt pavers. Comer Industries' relationship with LeeBoy grew stronger over the years with the success of LeeBoy paving machines in the North American market. When redesigning the undercarriage for the 8500 series, LeeBoy chose Comer Industries to supply the travel drives. Each track is propelled by a 7376 lb.ft. PGRF-802 planetary drive.
