摘要

Vibrations in mobile hydraulic machines have a detrimental effect on operator comfort, machine life and controllability. The problem persists in part because vibrations can arise in many areas, said Andrew Vacca, assistant professor of mechanical engineering at the Maha Fluid Power Research Center at Purdue University. Vibrations can come from several contributors to a system's dynamics, including oil compressibility and hose compliance, discontinuous functioning of some components, mechanical structure elasticity, end-stops, static friction and conditions related to specific applications, such as handling of hanging load or uneven ground. Although research on damping methods for hydraulic systems began decades ago, the problem still persists, especially in mobile hydraulic applications.
