With a registered capital of 559.8 million yuan(USD69.0 million), the company is jointly funded by Aluminum Corporation of China(Chinalco), Zhongse Science & Technology Co., Ltd, Yichuan Electric Power Group and Luoyang Economy Investment Co., Ltd. Chinalco holds the majority shares of the company.
