摘要

When it comes to adding more vegetables to your diet, variety counts. Once a week for four weeks, researchers served a group of men and women either three meals with a total of 600 grams of a single vegetable or one meal with 200 grams each of three vegetables. They found that participants ate more vegetables when served a variety of them. But eating more vegetables didn't reduce the amount of calories the people consumed at meals.
