摘要

Following the start of production at BG Group's Queensland Curtis LNG and Santos' Gladstone LNG. Origin Energy Ltd.'s Australia Pacific LNG (APLNG) was set to begin production and ship its first cargos before the end of the year, according to Nasdaq, com. APLNG is a joint venture including Origin Energy (37.5%), ConocoPhillips (37.5%) and Sinopec Ltd. (25%). Since its plan to acquire BG Group was announced in April, Shell has been shedding assets globally in an effort to increase liquidity and decrease capital expenditure. Adding to this trend, Shell is considering selling its interest held in several gas projects in New Zealand (repetitive) to make the company more resilient in the face of plunging oil prices, according to The Wall Street Journal. Shell currently has an 84% stake in Maui field, a 50% stake in Kapuni field and a 48 % stake in Pohokura field.
