DSME enters sales contract for 6 carriers

In a filing on the South Korean stock exchange, Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. (DSME) said it was awarded a contract worth KRW1.365 trillion (US$1.24 billion) for six LNG carriers. DSME said it would deliver the carriers by March 31, 2019, to an unnamed European company.
