MEL Telecom enters a strategic business relationship with AEPONyX for initiating sales and marketing of WDM-PON-based Carrier Ethernet Platform

MEL Telecom announced the signing of a strategic business contract with AEPONyX (Montreal, Canada) for initiating sales and marketing of the world's first Carrier Ethernet platform based on WDM-PON technologies. After nearly two years of design and manufacturing followed by actual field deployment, the two companies entered a contract designed to promote effective distribution of the baseline product called MxC-80 capable of supporting 40 business subscribers on a single fiber.
