Noble Signs Offtake HOA with InterOil

InterOil Corporation and Pacific LNG Operations Ltd. announced on Aug. 2 the signing of a heads of agreement (HOA) with Noble Clean Fuels Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Group Limited, for the supply of one million tonnes per year of LNG from the Gulf LNG project in Papua New Guinea. Noble made no mention of how it intends to market the LNG.
