LNG-fuel proponents pin hopes on new engines

In 2013 and 2014, four new gas-fueled engine models from Cummins Westport, Volvo, Navistar and Cummins, will be introduced to improve LNG-powered truck performance. Three will be sized at about 12 liters for the types of Class 8 diesel rigs proponents are most eager to reach.
