Ukraine Invites Austria to Participate in National LNG

Ukraine has invited Austria to participate in the construction of an LNG terminal in the country, Ukraine News reported Oct. 5- "We invite Austrian companies to partake in this project" and "are ready to provide gas delivery through our territory to Austria," said Ukra-nian prime minister Mykola Azarov. Chairman of the state agency for investment and management of national projects, Vladyslav Kaskiv, stated that the state-owned National LNG terminal project had previously awarded Socoin a EUR 285,000 (- US$382,000) contract to perform feasibility studies related to the terminal's construction.
