Guixi Huayin's alumina project to come on stream in 2007

Construction of Guixi Huayin Aluminum Co., Ltd"s Greenfield alumina refinery with Stage one capacity of 1.6 million tpy has been underway well at Debao county of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The alumina project is scheduled to be put into production next year. The latest progress of the alumina project: 1. The company has completed 77 public bids and signed 88 contracts on facility, which combined value is 1.90 billion yuan(237 million US dollars). 52.8 percent of facilities have been booked.
