Post-2015 the quota regulations will be disbanded and as far as the UK is concerned we have not been close to quota in the last five to six years. But across Europe other countries such as Ireland, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Austria - these guys are touching quota and so we will be in a different environment post-2015, and so we have introduced this document to highlight the opportunities that are out there.
