摘要

In this research, thermodynamic analysis and XRD were used to study the products in carbothermal reduction of Al _2O _3 under vacuum. Gaseous reduction product, Al(g) or Al _2O(g), was produced in carbothermal reduction of Al _2O _3 at 1623 K under 5-30 Pa, and carried out further reactions with CO(g) to produce Al _4O _4C, Al _4C _3, Al _2O _3 and C. Aluminum product was produced by carbothermal reduction of Al _2O _3 at low temperature 1623 K under 5-30 Pa, which was the condensate product of Al(g) or disproportionation product of Al _2O(g). Aluminum product in condensation tower would be reduced due to the reactions between Al(g) and CO(g) or Al _2O(g) and CO(g).
