One Finnish firm has found both temperature and humidity. Closed glasshouse formats have been the subject of much research and development in recent years. But while the advantages of lower energy input, higher C0_2 levels and improved pest and disease control make them appealing, growers have been reluctant to take the plunge into this still-emerging technology in the current economic climate.
