Advantages of using integrated casting and rolling of strips and I-sections contribute to work out production technology of long products by the idea of integrated process. This technology has been introduced into production in 1991 and called ,,Black box". The most important advantages of this process compared with conventional one are: energy economy, limitation of employment and works transport costs, but the time necessary for bar and section manufacturing from liquid steel makes only 2 to 4 hours.
