Culture of innovation

I don't know about you, but I am at a saturation point in terms of the use of the words "culture of innovation." With overuse, the words numb the senses and one begins to yawn and move forward without even reading what has been written or referenced. Indiscriminate use of words dulls consciousness, but does it mean that the concept that the words describe has any less value? Does holistic nursing need a culture of innovation? Is holistic nursing a culture of innovation? Can you have innovation without a culture of innovation? What kinds of environments support innovation? Are there degrees of innovation that implicate the size and importance of a "discovery." Will entrepreneurs always "rise to the surface like cream," whether there is a culture of innovation or not?
