Starpharma Holdings Limited has signed an agreement to acquire US-based Dendritic Nanotechnologies,Inc.(DNT) for US6.97m (A9.36m) through the issue of Starpharma shares.This attractive transaction offers significant benefits to Starpharma,which include an increased US presence and an extensive IP portfolio with existing royalty streams,and the Dow Chemical Company will becoming a substantial shareholder in Starpharma (approximately 8.6%).
