I always thought that because we are around cows and calves we have developed immunity to some of the bacteria that they shed, but recently one of our employees developed Salmonella diarrhea that put him out of work for five days. Are there new bacteria out there that we need to be concerned about? Can we vaccinate our employees against Salmonella?
