摘要

Field experiments were laid out separately for male and female parents of tomato hybrid COTH 1 during December 1999 (Y,) and January 2001 (Y_2) to find out the influence of N, P and K levels on plant growth and seed yield of parental lines. The plantsapplied with 175: 100: 50 kg NPK ha~(-1) improved plant height, number of branches, flowers and improved fruit set in both parents. The same dose of NPK produced maximum, seed yield ha~(-1) with increased number of seeds fruit~(-1). Recovery of seeds was higher with same fertilizer dose.
