Stress claim fails

A former B&Q manager has failed in his claim for stress-related damages. The Queen's Bench Division held that the claimant's stress was not reasonably foreseeable (Easton v B & Q Pic ([2015] EWHC 880 (QB))). Mr Easton began work for B&Q in 2004 as a store manager and by July 2008 had become the manager of B&Q's Romford store.
