BIG CHANGES FOR CDM?

'Monitor' has learned that major changes to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) may be made 'in 2013'. These changes will be well beyond the usual CDM 'tuning' exercises and the Regulations may well be stripped back to the basic legal reguirements of the source EU Temporary and Mobile Work Sites Directive*, with anything beyond that needing justification under Government 'better regulation' rules.
