CDM COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, CDM TRANSMITTER, AND CDM RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable communication link by restricting interference between spreading codes even under environment of transmission path with complicated responses, by which the received power differs for every reception chip.;SOLUTION: The CDM communication system includes: a CDM transmitter having a spreading code generator for generating a spreading code with code length N, and a spread multiplex device for performing spread multiplex and transmission of data of a maximum number of N; and a CDM receiver having a spreading code generator and a despreading unit. When the spread multiplex number M fills M≤N/2, the spreading code generator of the CDM transmitter performs assignment of the spreading code so that the same output value is given for every N/M' chip (total M' sets) out of spread chips output by spread multiplex. The CDM receiver has a chip unit partial synthesizing circuit for performing synthetic process of N/M' chip (total M'sets) output with the identical value so that the output value is entered in the despreading unit and despreading process is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
