CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR.TV is a video-based package that aims to help employees and managers identify and respond to workplace bullying and harassment. Part One begins by showing people who have been treated poorly because of their sex, sexuality, religion or personality. It features a discussion of what inappropriate behaviour is, and a "learning model" to help viewers understand the parts the "actor", "receiver" and "observer" play in a bullying or harassing situation.
