摘要

This article deals with the development of a technology which combines shaping and heat treatment on the basis of investigations on a two-phase nozzle array. During this process hot formed forgings are directly hardened by using the forging heat. Present reported efforts due to combination of shaping and quenching using the forging heat failed due to technological problems. The technology of a two-phase nozzle array which was developed within a project of several researchers offers a solution. The results with a gearwheel as component model cannot be transferred to any desired geometry. Therefore further basic investigations were made to reach this transfer and a homogenous cooling. The results will be presented and discussed in relation to the design and construction of two-phase nozzle arrays for heat treatment or hardening.
