Indian private oil company Reliance Industries expects to complete the 580,000 b/d refinery it is building adjacent to its 660,000 b/d refinery in Jamnagar, India, ahead of schedule, according to a Thomson Financial News report.The company did not say precisely when it expects the refinery to be finished.
