CARB Set to Approve Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule

On Dec. 6 and 7, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) will vote on whether to approve regulations that would create a state greenhouse gas registry by Jan. 1, 2008.Adoption of a registry is required under the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32).
