摘要

A knowledge-intensive organization is characterized by the strong influence of organizational attributes on its effectiveness of knowledge management. We propose a sharing-driven continuous-learning approach to knowledge management in knowledge-intensive small firms. Effective application of our approach requires a knowledge-sharing environment which in turn is shaped by organizational culture and attributes. This paper is intended to provide a blueprint for defining the necessary requirements planning for knowledge management development in knowledge-intensive small firms. Our effort is also for building awareness and cultural receptivity to knowledge in improving the knowledge management process.
