National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued on 23 June 2009 a final rule on the National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings. With this final rule the EPA amended the version of the National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings which establishes national reactivity-based emission standards for the aerosol spray paints under section 183(e) of the Clean Air Act, issued on 24 March 2009.
