Preparation, structure and properties of comb-branched waterborne polyurethane/OMMT nanocomposites

Waterborne polyurethanes (WPU) have poor water resistance, poor adhesion in moist environments and relatively low heat resistance and mechanical properties. It has been reported that exfoliated organo-montmorillonite (OMMT) in WPU can improve the mechanical properties, heat resistance and water resistance of WPU.
