Dow Epoxy acquires epoxy system formulators to strengthen new business unit

Dow Epoxy's three strategic acquisitions this month are all about deepening the US firm's market penetration of its epoxy resins.UPPC in Germany and Poly-Carb and GNS Technologies in the US are all leading epoxy system formulators in their own regions.Dow did not disclose financial details of the three acquisitions,which are expected to close in approximately one month.
