Defra gives BESA green light to provide F-Gas qualifications

Building services body BESA has been approved by Defra to provide F-Gas refrigerant qualifications, following the announcement that in January the CITB is to close its Utilities Engineering Division, which provides certification in refrigerants. For its part, BESA has promised to "disrupt the traditional certification market" with its new offering.
