Insights and ideas from a hectic spring

Now that we're well into June, most of us as outdoor power equipment dealers are finally breathing a little bit easier. Once again, we've made it through another busy spring selling season. This year I kept a log of thoughts, observations, customer comments, happenings and events that occurred during the peak season, I felt the log might help us change some of the situations we have to deal with on a daily basis. I also wanted to share some of this information with you. So, in no particular order, here are a few of the better thoughts and ideas.
