South Korea's SK Energy loaded a second cargo of 2MM bbl of Iranian crude in the week to Sept. 21 after nearly two months of halting shipments from Iran. Hyundai Oilbank will lift 2MM bbl of Iranian oil by the end of the month, a source said. Government sources noted that South Korean refiners have planned to resume monthly imports from Iran of up to 6MM bbl (200K b/d), which will most likely not hinder the country's bid to extend US sanction waivers as imports will still be significantly lower than a year ago.
