Full Dolphin Output Not Before Mid-2008

The cross-border Dolphin project is exporting only around 800 million cubic feet per day(8.3 billion cubic meters per year)of gas from Qatar to the United Arab Emirates and will not reach the planned 2 billion cubic feet per day until mid-2008 at the earliest because of ongoing construction delays in Qatar,WGI learns.
