摘要

With their March requirements largely met, Asian LNG buyers pulled back, leading to a 100 dip over the last week in the Northeast Asia spot LNG price to $10.20 per million Btu, while Southwest Europe prices were up 100 to $8.80 on the back of renewed Spanish buying, according to WGI assessments from Monday for spot cargoes for delivery four to eight weeks out. The price shifts put netbacks on sales to Southwest Europe marginally back ahead of Northeast Asia for most North African sellers. Mideast exporters still have an incentive of well over $l/MMBtu to take supply to Asia rather than Southeast Europe. Asia's net-back lead over the UK and Belgium is more than $2/MMBtu for Qatar and other Mideast exporters (see table below).
