E.On is having a bumpy month on the regulatory track.Germany's National Cartel Office(Bundeskartellamt)Tuesday formally declared that E.On Ruhrgas's long-term contracts to supply gas to German distributors breach both European Union and German competition law.And by next Tuesday,the EU Commission must decide whether to permit the German company's takeover of Hungarian incumbent Mol's gas supply business - a deal that includes an option to buy 75% of Mol's gas network.
