Winter Heating Fuel Cost Seen Rising by EIA

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects average U.S. household expenditures for natural gas and propane will increase by 13% and 9%, respectively, this winter heating season compared with last winter. EIA tracks winter space heating expenditures from Oct. 1 through March 31.
