House Energy Committee Passes Energy Tax Prevention Act

The House Energy and Commerce Committee March 15 approved the Energy Tax Prevention Act of 2011, which would strip the authority of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator from "promulgating any regulation" relating to the emission of greenhouse gases to address climate change.
